In 2015, with the rise of e-commerce, leveraging the company's extensive logistics experience and mature international network, the company began to form an e-commerce logistics team. Gradually, it established a multi-faceted service system including first-leg transportation and overseas warehouses in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, and Mexico. By the end of 2023, the company had served over 40 billion-dollar sellers, including listed companies, and introduced the "double guarantee" commitment for both cargo value and timeliness for the first time. 2021

The company became a member of the WCA Global Freight Organization. As of early 2021, it had served over 3,000 import and export enterprises domestically and internationally and had become a qualified supplier or designated supplier for export enterprises with sales exceeding 30 billion RMB and for over 10 listed companies at home and abroad.

2018

Hongchen Union gradually deployed overseas warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, and other countries. By early 2019, it had completed system testing and team building, gaining trust and support from numerous e-commerce merchants. It initially positioned itself as a one-stop logistics service provider offering "first-mile + overseas warehouse" services.
